Last I checked, not directly. However, the language they use would allow the liberation of Palestine to be easily tied into to the existing framework. I would be a bit surprised if now there are not direct references to LoP with in the SDG canon.
In short each and every SDG supports each and every other SDG and they likewise support each and every goal of the globalists.
