Funny, I was just telling a friend of mine last night that I am a 2024 Nazi. It’s nice to know I’m not the only one who is no longer afraid of being called names. The left has drained every insult of their meanings.

I dunno. Even Bezos doesn't believe it. The only people hysterical about potential things they think could be bad have simultaneously exactly no concerns about actual things in evidence now that are existentially bad. The vocal screechers are amplifying imaginary fears over their true fear: a loosening grip on status, influence, lives of excess, droits de seigneur, and avoiding prison for fraud, corruption, *cough EpsteinPDiddy pervs/traffickers cough cough* and the like.

That German expatriate, I saw as reacting to the insanity, very carefully not stating own preferences, and maybe just finding the old contacts a bit concerning.

Some of this is the division in this country in how the factions mispredict each other. Modeling problems in the 'intelligence analysis' of the 'what would this person do in such circumstance' variety.

This has clearly been ongoing for years. Look at Manson's helter skelter, and how badly he misinterpreted American willingness to do what he wanted.

My view is this is a combination of guilty consciences and mispredicting a situation where no one actually knows what would happen.

(There are in my view many more disturbed Lincolnist-Shermanists in America than there are Nazis. Trump's secret heart of hearts is much less important than is the type of people who are currently finding him useful. If there are many Nazis, than any prominent person who uses the wrong statements can cause a holocaust, in the symbol magic model that the left uses. As a Lincolnist-Shermanist myself, I think Trump did not authorize the boogaloo, but that if the Democrats had successfully and falsely convicted him of authorizing the boogaloo, we would be honorably compelled to respect that finding by lawfully and justly putting the Democrats to death. Putting Trump back into the white house is a necessary step of resolving the legal complications introduced by the crimes of the left. But, if there are only fifty, or five hundred, or five thousand, Lincolnist-Shermanists, and only about half of them are seriously disturbed, this is not actually an important part of the calculus of the optimal candidate to vote for.)

One element of my guilty conscience model is labeling them 'confederate legal theorists' and hence 'confederacy sympathizers', and talking of all the Wirzian criminals who ought to hang. Fauci and Birx are clearly Wirzian criminals, for example, even if they are too personally psychopathic to have guilty consciences. There are also the pedophiles who can be hung for CSAM, and also the criminal conspirators in the white supremacist terrorism (BLM). (It is appalling that people state the multi-generational poverty hypothesis for the race riots of the 1920s and 1930s, and then turn around and do the same sorts of destruction as part of trying to get Biden into office, and for getting Biden into office.)

The current right was created by the purity spiraling of the left. So it is not intuitively obvious that the right is not carrying with it much contamination by left ideas. Because it clearly is, I can see this in my own case.

Anyway, from a guilty conscience, and an incorrect model about what the right will do about it, it is reasonable for a Biden supporter to expect rightwingers to send them to death camps. The point where this model breaks would not be obvious to them.

So Fauci, Birx, and what is his name, Routhe, clearly have committed crimes for which they deserve to be tried, convicted, and hung. They also are not so highly placed politically that there is an escalation argument against hanging them.

The issue is that when one thinks about consequences, having a numerical or fractional execution goal and seeking to realize it are definitely a mistake. Once you commit to that aggregate thinking, and start trying to carry it out, you lose control of it, and the people who self select for involvement will probably ensure it gets out of hand. The only way to keep the process controlled is strict dedication to trying individuals for individual crimes, that were law previously. In a case where a potential criminal conspiracy may have implicated itself in potentially successfully corrupting the legal precedents... You need to stick to executing people for common law capital offenses, with treason strictly as defined in the constitution.

So, mistaken analysis, but you would only need a little mirroring error to make that mistake. And, my prediction of other right-wingers might be a mirroring misprediction.

Nobody really knows anything, yet.

It would however be hilarious for a future administration to note that Labour is clearly CSA symps, propose that the Starmer government be extradited to the US for that 'crime', and propose that we will execute the Labourites once we have custody of them, and they are on US soil.

Lots and lots of henwits in governments being wildly excessive when it comes to 'crimes' that are internet speech, and not in their jurisdiction.

Welcome to the Age Of Mass Psychosis.

No matter if President Trump wins or loses (I do think he'll win, he has the votes, but being inaugurated and serving is another thing, they have the vote counters and the black ops folks.), no matter if he or the Kamel ends up sitting in the Oval Office we have a very rocky road ahead.

The madness is world, or at least western world wide. I suspect the best a rational, sane person can do is find themselves and their family a quiet corner, say in Japan's hinderland or maybe the wilds of Alaska wherein to ride it all out and hope for a better tomorrow.

It's absurd to believe that Trump is a Nazi who will put people into concentration camps, but on a purely theoretical level, I also can't see why I should object to his putting his enemies into re-education camps, as long as it shuts them the hell up.

yes there is truth in this.

Sticking them in a remote place where there is no cell coverage (and no power to recharge the iDevice) is highly attractive

I had a typical baby boomer US liberal (no wokebag, though) spout this arrant nonsense "Nazi" dreck at me, and simultaneously arguimg what a pervert Trump was and what a paragon of moral virtue the Biden family is. It qualified as deadpan comedy --- except that the tosser is dead serious.
